Obama is a dreamer

Now that Obama has been re-elected and the Hispanic vote is being credited for swinging the election results in his favor, The Daily Caller reports that Hispanic activists are calling for the President to keep his promise and follow through with the DREAM Act:

Obama is a dreamer.

Unlike Joseph, his dreams are not Divine revelations and he need not be worried about an angry Pharoah taking his head off!
